When will my order ship?
US orders leave our domestic facility within 1–3 business days of the order being placed. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays start counting from the next business day. Transit time with the carrier is on top of that.
How fast do orders ship?
Most US orders ship within 1–3 business days from our domestic facility. Standard USPS Ground Advantage typically arrives in 3–5 business days after that; Priority Mail in 1–3 business days; FedEx is the fastest option available for your address.
What is Shipment Protection?
Every order includes free Shipment Protection: unopened vials are covered by our 30-day replacement guarantee. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we ship a replacement at no cost and no return is needed. Contact support with your order number.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated live for your exact delivery address and cart at checkout — Standard, Priority Mail, and FedEx rates are quoted in real time, not from a fixed table. Standard US shipping is free on orders of $100 or more (subtotal after discounts, before shipping).
Do I get a free Bacteriostatic Water?
Yes — orders with a subtotal of $50 or more (after discounts, excluding shipping) automatically include one free 10ml Bacteriostatic Water while supplies last. Only one free BAC water per order; not combinable with existing BAC water discounts; the free item does not count toward the $100 free-shipping threshold.
Which shipping method should I choose for temperature-sensitive compounds?
For Retatrutide, Tesamorelin, and other temperature-sensitive research compounds, Priority Mail or FedEx is recommended for faster transit time.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within the United States and to Canada. Canadian orders are quoted at live carrier rates at checkout and are not eligible for free shipping; any duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the recipient’s responsibility. No other international destinations at this time.
How is my order packaged?
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging for full discretion. No external branding identifies the contents.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed automatically as soon as your label is generated, and live status is visible on your account page.
