    All products sold by Optimized Aminos are intended strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, or any therapeutic, cosmetic, or diagnostic use. We do not provide dosing or usage instructions of any kind.

    Eligibility

    You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase research compounds in your jurisdiction. By placing an order, you confirm you meet these requirements and agree to use the products strictly for laboratory research.

    Customer Responsibility

    You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products purchased, and for complying with all laws that apply to you. Optimized Aminos is not liable for any misuse or for any harm caused by improper handling or unauthorized transfer of products to a third party.

    Orders & Payment

    • Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion.
    • Payments are processed by PCI-compliant third-party processors. We do not store full card numbers or CVVs.
    • By placing an order, you confirm you are the authorized user of the payment method.
    • Charges may appear on your statement under a neutral descriptor.

Limit one free BAC Water per order. The free item does not count toward the $100 free-shipping threshold, has no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and is not combinable with additional BAC Water discounts. Offer is available while supplies last and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without notice.

    Free US shipping applies to standard USPS Ground Advantage on orders with a qualifying subtotal of $100 or more. Priority Mail and FedEx upgrades remain available at their live-quoted rates. Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless otherwise stated; codes may be applied on top of bundle, kit, bulk and sale pricing.

    Chargebacks

    If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first — we resolve most issues quickly. Filing a chargeback on a legitimate, delivered order is considered fraud and may result in account closure and recovery of funds, fees, and related costs.

    No Warranties

    Products are sold "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

    Indemnification

    You agree to hold Optimized Aminos and its team harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your use of our products, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law.

    Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Optimized Aminos operates. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action.
